About us

Choosing a job or hiring for one is up there with the most important decisions we make. But today’s technology reduces the process down to filters and checkboxes. We started Puck to build a more human way to hire–one that captures the culture and character that makes a team what it is. Using audio clips and analytics, we help you create content candidates love and find the best people for your open roles. So you can turn great candidates into teammates.

As a Product Designer, you will report directly to our Co-Founder and CEO. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and learn from an experienced founding team that prioritizes design.

In this role, you will work with our founders to identify customer problems, design solutions, and improve our product. You will be integral in gathering insights about the attitudes, emotions, and behaviors of people who use our products to inspire and inform innovation.

You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes, detailed visual designs, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.

As a champion of the brand, you will continue to develop the Puck look and feel in partnership with the team. You will work on social assets, sales decks, and marketing materials that drive and mature our Puck brand identity.
